We work individually with each client and most of our products are bespoke.
Production of advertising and promotional items
1) you describe or show us your idea of the product.
2) Based on mutual consultation, we will develop a product design, create a prototype and propose a price.
3) after both parties agree and pay the deposit, we start production.
We are able to handle small orders within ten days. Larger and corporate orders we produce according to individual agreement.
Engraving of your items
How the engraving of delivered items is done:
1) send your request preferably by email to rustika@abrast.cz
2) we will send you a quotation
3) If we agree, you send or bring the item. It is a good idea to stick a mark on the item where the item is to be engraved.
4) If engraving is required, send graphics in vector formats cdr, eps, svg, etc.
5) We will prepare a proof for your approval.
6) After approval, we will engrave the item for you.
7) We will send the marked item back to your address or hand deliver it to you.
